Key Responsibilities
- Presentation, sales activities, and maintaining relationships with the Employer’s clients
- Participation in professional and scientific events (including organizing and conducting presentations and workshops)
- Preparation and submission of reports on hospital visits, meetings with the Employer’s clients, maintaining visit records, and submitting them to the Director and company management
- Execution of the assigned sales plan within the defined deadlines
- Carrying out tasks and instructions given by the direct supervisor and the Director
- Participation in public procurement procedures:
- Responsible for providing timely feedback to the Associate for Legal Affairs and Public Procurement regarding procedures where the Company has an interest in submitting an offer, in accordance with the applicable Standard Operating Procedure
- Internal and external communication
- Feedback from the previous point includes the obligation to complete Cost Sheets and Technical Specifications, specifically regarding:
- product catalog number
- manufacturer
- origin
- wholesale price
- submission of catalogs/brochures/technical specifications as proof of required technical characteristics
- Marketing activities
- Performing additional tasks as assigned by the direct supervisor and the Director
Qualifcations
**Education:**
- Secondary education or higher degree in medical, pharmaceutical, veterinary, economics, or related fields
**Languages:**
- English
**Computer Skills:**
- MS Office Outlook Internet
**Work Experience:**
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the same or similar positions
