**Role Description**
This is a full-time, on-site Architect role based in Tirana. The Architect will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing the execution of architectural projects from concept to completion. Responsibilities include the development of architectural designs, ensuring project integration with software systems, and collaborating across teams to fulfill objectives. The role also involves managing projects, coordinating various aspects of design and construction, and ensuring compliance with technical and aesthetic standards.
**Qualifications**
- Strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, with an ability to create detailed, functional, and aesthetically pleasing designs.
- Experience in Software Development and systems Integration, showcasing knowledge in incorporating innovative technologies into projects.
- Proficiency in Project Management, with the ability to coordinate and oversee multiple facets of projects, including timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Familiarity with local building codes, construction standards, and sustainable design principles is an advantage.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field, with relevant certifications being a plus.
