We are a growing US-based company looking to hire a
**full-time, qualified Accountant**
to join our team in Tirana, Albania. This is a permanent position supporting our US operations with a hybrid work schedule.
Position Overview
- **Work Schedule**
: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM Central Time (US). (You must be fully available and productive during these exact US hours – Albania time will be adjusted accordingly.)
- **Work Model**
: Hybrid –
**3 days per week in our office in the center of Tirana**

**2 days per week working from home**

- **Type**
: Full-time, long-term employment.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Accounting or Finance (required).
- Full professional fluency in English (spoken and written) – you must be able to communicate clearly and professionally with our US team daily.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and month-end closing.
- **Proficiency with Zoho Books is highly preferred**
(we use Zoho Books as our main accounting software).
- Experience with other accounting tools is a plus, but we do
**not**
use QuickBooks or Xero.
- Excellent Excel skills and experience working with spreadsheets, financial models, and data analysis.
- Preference will be given to candidates who understand the US market, US GAAP, and US tax/compliance requirements.
- Reliable internet connection and quiet home workspace for the 2 remote days.
- Ability and willingness to work the full US Central Time schedule without exception.
