**Role Description**
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Content Creator, based in Skopje, with the flexibility to work from home on designated days. The Content Creator will be responsible for developing, editing, and publishing engaging content for digital platforms, including social media, websites, and marketing campaigns. Daily tasks include content strategy development, writing, creating social media posts, designing visual content, and collaborating with the team to ensure consistency with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
**Qualifications**
- Strong skills in writing, storytelling, and editing to create engaging content for diverse platforms
- Proficiency in content strategy development and collaboration to ensure cohesive messaging
- Creative design skills for producing visual content, coupled with a working knowledge of design tools
- Understanding of digital marketing and social media management, including analytics and optimization
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in staying updated with digital trends and technologies to implement innovative strategies
- Experience in SEO, video editing, or analytics tools is a plus
- Relevant education or work experience in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related fields
