We are looking for a professional with experience in the banking sector who will participate in the development, improvement, and management of products for private clients, with a focus on competitiveness, profitability, and enhancing the client experience.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Development and improvement of banking products for private clients (accounts, loans, cards, and digital services)
- Monitoring and analyzing product performance and profitability
- Market trend and competitor analysis
- Preparing proposals for new products, functionalities, and pricing models
- Coordination with IT, marketing, and sales during product development and implementation
- Participation in initiatives to improve customer experience and digital services
**Required Qualifications:**
- University degree (economics, finance, or business)
- At least 3 years of experience in the banking sector
- Experience with retail banking products or product management
- Analytical approach and ability to work with data
- Ability to coordinate and collaborate with multiple departments
