Paid Social Specialist

MALZA is looking for a
**Paid Social Specialist**
with real performance experience.

We are not looking for someone who “boosts posts.”

We are looking for someone who understands structure, budgets, funnels, and scalability.

**You are a strong fit if you:**

• Have
**minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience**
managing Ads

• Understand funnel logic (TOF / MOF / BOF)

• Know how to structure campaigns properly (not random ad sets)

• Can read data and make optimization decisions based on performance

• Have worked with real brands and can show results

**What you will do:**

• Build and manage structured Meta campaigns

• Develop testing roadmaps (not random creative testing)

• Optimize for CPL, CPA, ROAS — depending on objective

• Work closely with creative team for performance-driven ads

• Deliver structured monthly performance reports
