- Daily
**pick-up & drop-off operations**
- Team coordination,
**shift planning & performance support**
- Smooth handover/return processes aligned with
**Surprice standards**
- Strong cross-department communication on
**sales, customers, documentation & procedures**
- Quick resolution of operational challenges at the
**Rinas hub**
- Active contribution to
**sales development, upselling & service quality**
🎯
**What we’re looking for**
- **Fluent English**
(mandatory)
- **Valid driving license for both manual and automatic vehicles**
(mandatory)
- Additional languages are a
**strong advantage**
- Customer-first mindset with a strong
**sales & service orientation**
- Confident team leadership in high-volume, airport-based operations
- Experience in car rental, travel, hospitality, or sales is a plus
