Responsibilities
• Use sales and networking to attract candidates for clients
• Develop a strong understanding of clients’ industries, work cultures, and environments
• Headhunt by identifying and approaching candidates currently employed
• Use candidate databases to match candidates to client roles
• Making calls to interview candidates on their CV
Benefits
• 5 days per week (Monday to Friday)
• Hands-on experience in business development
• Earn a certificate upon completion
• Path to full-time opportunity
Criteria
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Knowledge of other languages is a plus
• IT skills and PC literacy
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
