**Role Description**
**Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant Team Lead is responsible for:**
- Leading Business Central implementations and upgrades
- Managing a team of consultants
- Designing functional solutions aligned with business processes
- Acting as the main client stakeholder contact
- Ensuring project delivery quality, timelines, and budget
This role combines functional expertise, leadership, and project delivery responsibility.
**Education & Qualifications**
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with teams and clients
- Proficient in business process design, analysis, and improvement
- Experience in consulting, providing strategic insights and guidance
- Proven expertise in solution architecture and implementation
- 3+ years working with Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central
- 3+ years in a senior or lead consultant role within Business Central ERP
- Proven experience delivering end-to-end Business Central implementation projects
