**Role Description**
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Java Software Engineer, based in Tirana with occasional options for remote work. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain scalable Java applications, collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement microservices architecture, and ensure high-quality code with clean and efficient programming practices. You will also utilize the Spring framework to build robust and scalable solutions, contribute to system architecture, and optimize performance.
**Qualifications**
- Strong expertise in Software Development with a focus on designing and implementing scalable solutions
- Proficiency in Java and Programming for developing high-performance applications
- Experience with Microservices architecture to ensure system modularity and scalability
- In-depth knowledge of the Spring Framework for building robust and efficient applications
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to optimize system performance
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Experience with Cloud environments and DevOps practices is a plus
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment
