**Tasks**

- Design & Development: Configure and customize ServiceNow applications, including workflows, UI policies, business rules, and integrations.
- Administration: Manage ServiceNow platform upgrades, patches, and performance tuning.
- Process Implementation: Implement ITSM processes such as Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management.
- Integration: Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Support & Troubleshooting: Provide technical support for ServiceNow-related issues and ensure platform stability.
- Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for configurations and customizations.

**Requirements**

- Strong experience with ServiceNow platform (ITSM, CMDB, Service Catalog, etc.).
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices.
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server).
- Familiarity with Service Portal and UI customization.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
