**Role Description**
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Health and Safety Inspector based in Tirana. The Health and Safety Inspector will be responsible for conducting regular inspections, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, identifying risks, and implementing safety measures. The role includes overseeing occupational safety practices, monitoring environmental health and safety (EHS) standards, and providing guidance to ensure a safe workplace. The Inspector will collaborate with teams to promote best practices and support management in maintaining a safe and healthy working environment.
**Qualifications**
- Proficiency in Inspection and Supervisory Skills to oversee safety procedures
- Knowledge of Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) regulations
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Previous experience in a construction-related health and safety role is preferred
- Relevant certifications in occupational health and safety or a related field are a plus
