**Position: Truck Driver Recruiter**
**Location: On-site (Skopje, Macedonia)**
**Hours: 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM — Perfect for aligning with US markets!**
**Experience: Required (US Trucking Industry knowledge is a MUST)**

**📋 Key Responsibilities**
**Lead Generation: Build and optimize high-converting job postings using social media plataforms and Facebook Ads to attract qualified drivers.**
**Applicant Tracking: Efficiently manage and move candidates through the Tenstreet pipeline.**
**Compliance & Screening: Run, review, and evaluate driver background reports, including MVR and PSP checks via HireRight.**
**Communication: Conduct phone interviews, screen qualifications, and guide drivers through the hiring process.**
**🎯 Requirements**
**Language: Fluent English (written and verbal).**
**Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the US trucking industry, driver hiring guidelines, and regulations.**
**Tech-Savvy: Strong hands-on experience with Tenstreet, Facebook Ads Manager, and HireRight.**
**Availability: Ready to start immediately and work the designated afternoon/night shift.**
