**On Behalf Of Our Client, DEKRA Is Looking For**
- Sales Manager
**Job Description**
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Ensure sales profitability and achievement of sales targets;
- Lead, inspire and develop committed and high-performing sales team. Adapt leadership and coaching styles to accommodate the varying experience levels across; people management & development, selling, stock and operational excellence
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and actively acquire new customers;
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of trends and changes in the broader market, including what competitors are doing.
- Identify and develop new markets in line with the company’s strategic objectives;
- Prepare and analyze sales reports and performance indicators;
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction;
- Manage receivables and oversee timely collection of payments;
- Handle customer claims and complaints professionally and efficiently;
- Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable legal regulations.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in economics, or related field;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- 5+ years of experience in international trade;
- Previous experience in FMCG Industry will be considered an advantage;
- Fluent in English;
- Ability to manage time and work in a dynamic environment;
- High level of organization and attention to detail;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office;
- Initiative and orientation to the results;
- Driving license category B.
