We are looking for a reliable and responsible person to support our travel agency with daily online business management. The role focuses mainly on handling online booking systems, website updates, and social media assistance.
Main responsibilities:
Managing and updating online booking systems (tour reservations, confirmations, availability, etc.)
Supporting and maintaining the website using WordPress (basic development and updates)
Assisting with social media management (posting, replying to messages, promoting tours)
Helping with online promotion and marketing activities
Supporting overall daily operations of the agency online
Requirements:
Experience or good knowledge of WordPress
Basic skills in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
Strong communication skills in English (other languages are a plus)
Organized and able to work independently
Honest, responsible, and trustworthy
Our agency welcomes foreign tourists and provides tours across Albania, so attention to detail and professional communication are very important.
