VAS Group is an international travel and tourism company (Destination Management Company) with a presence across several European and Balkan markets. As part of our growth, we are looking for an ambitious, motivated professional to join our team and represent us in the North Macedonian market.
**Key Responsibilities**
•
**Sales & promotion:**
promote and sell VAS Group's travel packages and services within the local market.
•
**Business development:**
identify and develop new clients, agencies and business partners.
•
**Account management:**
build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients.
•
**Marketing:**
implement marketing and promotional strategies in the market.
•
**Representation:**
represent the company at meetings, trade fairs and industry events.
•
**Reporting:**
report regularly on results and activities to management.
**Requirements**
**✓**
Previous experience in the tourism / travel industry (required).
**✓**
Excellent command of English — both written and spoken (high standard).
**✓**
Aged over 30.
**✓**
Ambitious, energetic and results-oriented.
**✓**
Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
**✓**
Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
**✓**
Good working knowledge of computer software (MS Office).
**✓**
Driving licence, category B (an advantage).
