Vital Architects is looking for a talented
**Interior Architect**
to join our growing team. We are looking for someone with solid technical knowledge, strong attention to detail, and the ability to transform design concepts into precise construction documentation.
Your responsibilities
- Prepare complete technical documentation for interior design projects.
- Develop measured plans, furniture layouts, demolition and construction drawings.
- Produce wall, flooring, ceiling, lighting, electrical, plumbing, door, and reflected ceiling plans.
- Prepare wall elevations, tile layouts, joinery details, custom furniture drawings, and material specifications.
- Coordinate with 3D visualization artists to ensure renderings accurately reflect the design intent.
- Prepare professional client presentations and design proposals.
- Coordinate with suppliers, consultants, and contractors throughout the project when required.
- Review technical drawings for accuracy, consistency, and buildability.
- Participate in site visits and assist in resolving technical issues during project execution.
- Support senior architects in developing design concepts and managing project deliverables.
Requirements
- Degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture.
- 3+ years of professional experience in interior architecture or technical drafting.
- Strong experience producing technical documentation for residential and hospitality projects.
- Excellent understanding of construction details, materials, and interior joinery.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
Software
- AutoCAD (required)
- SketchUp (preferred)
- Revit and/or Archicad (considered an advantage)
- Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience with rendering workflows is a plus.
