**Role Description**
This is a full-time, on-site Doctor role based in Tirana. Responsibilities include diagnosing and treating patient conditions, conducting examinations and tests, prescribing treatment plans, and providing comprehensive medical care. Additional duties may involve collaborating with other healthcare professionals, maintaining patient records, and staying up-to-date with advancements in medical practices.
**Qualifications**
- Strong medical knowledge and expertise in diagnosing and treating a variety of health conditions
- Ability to conduct thorough patient assessments, including physical examinations and diagnostic tests
- Proficiency in creating and implementing treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with patients, families, and medical teams
- Commitment to maintaining accurate and confidential patient records
- Up-to-date knowledge of advancements in healthcare and medical treatments
- Medical degree and relevant licenses or certifications required
- Previous experience in a similar role or healthcare setting is a strong advantage
