**Job Description**
Your new role
- Design and implement innovative automation solutions to optimize workflows and internal processes.
- Retrieve and process relevant data sets from different databases using
**Google Apps Script (core requirement)**
.
- Act as a key link between business and technology by translating operational requirements into effective technical solutions.
- Support the development and expansion of internal products through lean, scalable process designs.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to shape and improve the future of our operational process landscape.
**Qualifications**
Qualifications
- Degree in
**Computer Science**
, Business Management with a quantitative focus, Engineering, Mathematics, or Data Science.
- **Advanced hands-on experience with Google Apps Script (mandatory).**
- **Strong working knowledge of SQL and JavaScript.**
- Experience working in dynamic environments or fast-growing companies/startups.
- High affinity for data, analytical thinking, creativity, and a proactive, results-oriented mindset.
- Fluent English (German is considered a plus).
**Additional Information**
The place of work will be at Rruga Dritan Hoxha – Kompleksi e-88, Laprake, Tirana and the shifts provide a total of 40 hours per week, from Monday to Friday.
