**Role Summary**

We are looking for a
**Paralegal**
to join our dynamic team and support our global clients in protecting their IP rights. This is an excellent opportunity to deepen your expertise and contribute to exciting and impactful work.
**What Will You Do?**
- Preparing, filing, and prosecuting trademark, patent, and other IPR applications, including handling office actions;
- Creating, maintaining, and updating prosecution records and internal IP databases;
- Handling recordal of changes before local IP offices;
- Supporting IP rights maintenance tasks (renewals, annuities);
- Conducting due diligence and in-use investigations;
- Assisting with customs seizure reports, enforcement actions, and related matters;
- Contributing to portfolio management and integration; and
- Translating legal and IP-related documents between the local language and English.
**What Are We Looking For?**
- University degree (preferably in Law);
- At least 2 years of experience as a Paralegal or in the intellectual property field;
- Excellent written and spoken English;
- Strong attention to detail and a high sense of responsibility;
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects with minimal oversight;
- Excellent time management and organizational skills;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
