Lazure Hotel & Marina is looking for an enthusiastic, responsible, and energetic individual to join our F&B team in the position of
**Barback at the Beach Bar**
.

Your Responsibilities
- Assist bartenders with the preparation and serving of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages;
- Prepare the bar and work area before the start of each shift and maintain cleanliness and organization throughout service;
- Replenish beverages, ingredients, ice, glassware, and other bar supplies as needed;
- Support the efficient and professional handling and preparation of guest orders;
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and presentation within the Beach Bar;
- Communicate with guests in a warm and professional manner and assist them with beverage selections when required;
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly in cooperation with colleagues and supervisors;
- Cooperate closely with waiters, the kitchen team, and other F&B colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient service;
- Handle bar equipment, glassware, and inventory with care;
- Perform other duties related to the position in accordance with operational requirements.

- Previous experience in a similar position is preferred but not required.
