**Senior Media Buyer**
to join our growing marketing team.
This role is ideal for a hands-on digital advertising professional who is ready to take the next step by
**supporting, mentoring, and developing junior team members**

You will work closely with the marketing team to ensure campaigns are effectively managed, optimized, and continuously improved, while helping juniors develop their knowledge and practical skills.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across relevant platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance, budgets, KPIs, and overall results.
- Analyze campaign data and identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
- Troubleshoot campaign or performance-related issues and provide practical solutions.
- Guide and support junior media buyers in their daily work.
- Stay up to date with advertising platforms, digital media trends, and industry developments.
- Work closely with the marketing team to achieve business and campaign objectives.
- Prepare and communicate performance insights and recommendations to the team.
- Take responsibility for improving processes and helping the team become more efficient.
**Requirements**
- Previous experience in
**digital marketing**
.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of KPIs, budgets, performance metrics, and reporting.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain concepts clearly and support less experienced team members.
- Proactive, responsible, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- **Leadership or mentoring experience is a strong advantage.**
