Role Description The Resort Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Saranda, responsible for overseeing daily resort operations and ensuring an excellent guest experience. This includes managing front-of-house and back-of-house activities, supervising staff, coordinating maintenance and housekeeping, and ensuring that property standards are consistently met. The Resort Manager monitors budgets, controls costs, and collaborates with ownership on revenue and profitability targets. The role involves handling guest inquiries and issues, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, preparing periodic reports, and aligning resort operations with quality and safety policies. The Resort Manager will also participate in hiring, training, and performance evaluation of team members, fostering a positive, service-oriented work environment.
Qualifications
- Strong focus on Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with the ability to handle guest feedback and resolve issues effectively.
- Experience in Property Management, including oversight of facilities, housekeeping, maintenance, and compliance with safety standards.
- Proficiency in Budgeting and basic financial management, including cost control and reporting.
- Experience in Hiring, onboarding, and supervising staff, with the ability to motivate and coach diverse teams.
- Previous experience in resort, hotel, or hospitality management is highly beneficial.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work on-site in Saranda and manage operations in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of relevant local regulations and standards; fluency in Albanian and good
