**We’re hiring: Operations Manager at HYPR Skopje**

Picture hundreds of guests playing, competing, celebrating and eating at the same time, each one expecting a seamless experience. Making that happen takes someone running the operation behind the scenes.
As our Operations Manager, you’ll lead the day-to-day running of HYPR Skopje. You’ll:
🔹 Oversee daily operations across the whole venue
🔹 Lead our Team Leaders and their teams
🔹 Plan shifts so every area is covered, especially at peak times
🔹 Track KPIs and keep improving how things run
🔹 Make sure safety, hygiene and standard procedures are followed
🔹 Work with F&B, Events, IT and Technical teams, and report to the COO
You’ll be the one who makes sure what we designed on paper actually works when the doors open.
**What we’re looking for:**
✅ 4+ years in operations management, ideally in entertainment, hospitality, F&B or retail
✅ Experience leading teams and working with KPIs
✅ A degree in management, tourism or a related field, or equivalent experience
✅ Active English
✅ Organized, decisive, and calm when things don’t go to plan
