As an
**Accounting Data Quality Manager**
, you will play a key role in ensuring high standards of accounting data quality and process consistency across departments and countries. You will work closely with international stakeholders and actively contribute to automation and process optimization within our accounting operations.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Ensure consistent monthly accounting processes across departments and countries within the ERP system (Oracle)
- Drive automation initiatives and implement process improvements in collaboration with relevant stakeholders
- Develop new and optimize existing accounting processes and systems
- Work closely with cross-functional and international teams
- Contribute to a dynamic, collaborative, and fast-growing professional environment
**Qualifications & Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or a related field
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
- Good knowledge of
**Excel, Word, and Google Docs**
; experience with
**Oracle**
is a strong advantage
- Relevant experience in accounting, controlling, or audit (including internships)
- Fluent written and spoken
**English**
