**Job Summary**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive
**Safety & Compliance Specialist**
to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing fleet safety programs, ensuring strict adherence to Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) and Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations, and fostering a safety-first culture across our driver pool and maintenance teams. Your goal will be to minimize risk, improve safety scores (CSA), and ensure our fleet operates safely and efficiently.
**Experience:**
Not needed, but It's a plus
**Preferred knowledge (Not needed training provided):**
Deep understanding of FMCSA regulations, DOT guidelines, ELD systems, and OSHA standards.
**Salary:**
based on experience, up to $1500
