**Sales Agent**

**Job Description:**
- Providing Reservation/Booking, Ticket Sales and Passenger Operations services (check-in support and manifest preparation) with a warm and professional approach.
- Calculating fares, arranging routes based on passenger requests, and providing accurate schedule and fare information.
- Handling reservation and booking requests efficiently and issuing tickets for both domestic and international flights.
- Managing ticketing processes such as Endorsement, Rerouting, Refunds, and ticket returns in accordance with company procedures.
- Reporting and registering operational income, costs, financing, and financial statistical data in relevant IT systems such as SAP, ERP, and DOP.
**Desired Skills & Experience:**
- Bachelor’s degree or at least high school graduation.
- Permanent resident permit in Albania (work permits are not provided by the company).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in civil aviation or tourism.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent English speaking and writing and proficiency in Albanian language.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including overnight shifts.
- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work independently when necessary.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- Good knowledge and experience with a major Computer Reservations System (Troya or Quickres experience is an advantage).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High sense of responsibility with sound decision-making abilities.
