Currently we are on the search for a full-time Track and Trace Specialist to join the team in our office in Skopje.
**Responsibilities:**
- Negotiate freight rates and book shipments with carriers.
- Track freight shipments from pickup to delivery.
- Select reputable carriers to ensure safe and efficient freight services.
- Coordinate logistics, track load statuses, and update customers on shipment progress.
- Maintain accurate records of logistics activities.
**Requirements:**
- Experience in freight brokerage/logistics/carrier dispatch or a strong desire to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- A keen eye for detail and problem-solving capabilities.
- Passion for career growth and development.
