**We're looking for a DevOps / Cloud Engineer to join us at Init!**
Init is looking for a solid engineer to join our growing team in Skopje, Macedonia. We need someone who enjoys getting hands-on with cloud infrastructure, automation, and container orchestration, and who genuinely cares about how systems are built and run.
**What you bring to the table:**
- **Azure Experience:**
You have 3+ years of practical, hands-on experience working in Azure environments.
- **Infrastructure as Code (IaC):**
You know how to provision and manage infrastructure using code (Bicep, Terraform, or similar tooling).
- **Kubernetes:**
You are comfortable working with K8s in any of its flavors - managed (AKS, EKS, GKE) or unmanaged.
**It is a big plus if you also have:**
- **System Architecture Familiarity:**
You understand the bigger picture of how applications and infrastructure piece together.
- **Cost Awareness:**
You know how to optimize resources and keep cloud bills in check without sacrificing performance or security.
