is looking for a
**Junior Accountant**
to join our team in Tirana.
This role is suitable for someone with at least 2 years of practical experience in accounting, basic knowledge of tax processes, attention to detail, and a strong desire to grow in a structured, technology-focused environment.
**What You Will Do**
- Assist with accounting processes for multiple clients/companies
- Record and organize sales and purchase invoices
- Review basic accounting documentation
- Support monthly tax declaration processes
- Assist with payroll and employee-related documentation
- Prepare files and supporting documents for senior review
- Follow up with clients for missing documents or information
- Update tasks and documentation in internal systems
- Work with Excel, accounting software, and ERP-based processes
**Requirements**
**Mandatory Requirements**
- Minimum 2 years of practical experience in accounting
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Basic knowledge of the Albanian tax system
- Basic experience with e-Filing
- Good Excel skills
- Experience with accounting software or ERP systems
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to follow structured processes, checklists, and deadlines
- Good communication and organizational skills
**Strong Advantages**
- Previous experience in an accounting firm
- Experience with ERP systems
- Familiarity with invoices, payroll, and tax declarations
- Basic knowledge of VAT and payroll processes
- Good level of English
- Ability to work with multiple clients or tasks at the same time
**Responsibilities**
- Record and organize invoices
- Support monthly tax processes
- Prepare files for senior review
- Follow up on missing client documents
- Update personal tasks in internal systems
Must Have
- Minimum 2 years of accounting experience
- Basic Albanian tax system knowledge
- Basic e-Filing experience
- Good Excel skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy

- Experience in an accounting firm
- Good level of English
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
- Strong organizational skills
- Familiarity with VAT and payroll
