About the Role
As a Junior Developer at RZLT, you'll support the development team in building, maintaining, and improving the tools, systems, and platforms that power our projects. You'll get hands-on experience in a fast-paced, innovative environment where you'll never stop learning.
What You'll Do
- Help document and maintain clean, well-structured code
- Assist in version control and code deployment
- Debug and troubleshoot software issues
- Collect and evaluate user feedback for improvements
- Contribute to ongoing enhancements and optimization
- Help maintain system security and performance
- Create technical documentation
- Use Agentic Tools such as Cursor, Loveable, and Others to build internal products and processes.
We're on the lookout for someone who has
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Typescript, Python)
- Familiarity with blockchain coding languages (Rust, Solidity...)
- Understanding of front-end and back-end development principles
- Experience with version control tools like Git/GitHub
- Knowledge of frameworks or libraries (AngularJS, .NET, etc.) is a plus
- Interest or experience in Web3 development is a plus
- Interest in Agentic Tools and Principles
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Curious mindset and willingness to learn fast
- Ability to take initiative and solve problems independently
- Organized, detail-oriented
