Better Solutions Group is hiring a Senior Backend Engineer to join our growing engineering team.

We build scalable systems and enterprise-grade platforms for clients across FinTech, Healthcare, Gaming, Logistics, and E-commerce. You'll be working on complex, high-performance backends that power real products used at scale.

What you'll be working on:

Designing and building robust backend systems, APIs, and services across multiple industry verticals - with a focus on performance, scalability, and clean architecture.

What we're looking for:

Strong experience in backend development (Python, Java, .NET, Node.js or similar)

Solid understanding of distributed systems, databases, and API design

Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
