**Requirements**
- Proven experience in a senior technology leadership role, preferably as a CTO or similar position.
- Strong technical background and expertise in software development, infrastructure management, and emerging technologies.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving innovation and business growth.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to align technology initiatives with overall business goals.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity and risk management principles.
- Familiarity with industry standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to technology.
