**Role Description**
This is a full-time, on-site position in Tirana for an Assistant Lawyer. The role involves providing research assistance, preparing legal documents, drafting contracts, and supporting attorneys in court proceedings. **Qualifications**
- Strong legal research, analysis, and writing skills
- Experience in drafting contracts, legal documents, and managing case files
- Proficiency in legal software and tools along with familiarity with local legal systems
- Effective communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities in a team-oriented environment
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree or equivalent legal qualification is required
- Bar association membership or eligibility to practice in the jurisdiction of Albania
- Prior experience in a legal or corporate environment is advantageous
