BAKE aims to develop an innovative training programme with a strong work-based learning component that will involve adults employed in the start-up or growth phase companies in on-the-job and online training, focusing on reducing the economic, relational and skills gaps between different income groups and collectives at risk of exclusion.


OBJECTIVES


**The Project’s Objectives Are The Following**

- To increase knowledge of students, learners, entrepreneurs, start-ups, and aspiring entrepreneurs with business ideas on the terms used under investment schemes, so as to bridge the language between the entrepreneurs and investors.
- To empower entrepreneurs in order to successfully acquire business angel investments.
- To upskill professionals with start-up businesses by improving language skills and capacities, so as to enhance and develop their business language.
- To strengthen entrepreneur transversal key competences.
- Develop training materials and engage with VET centers in order to include these materials in their syllabus.
- Increase the capacity and professionalism of VET student and centers to work at EU/ international level, in cases where entrepreneurs want to raise funds abroad.
