As a

**Your Daily Tasks**
- Provide technical support for customers around the world
- Own and manage customer issues through to resolution
- Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify solutions while maintaining a positive, can-do attitude
- Act as a trusted advisor by understanding customer needs and aligning them with solutions
- Advocate for customers internally while collaborating with product management, engineering, sales, and finance teams
- Track and monitor customer status, identifying risks and growth opportunities
- Contribute to building and expanding Global Support Services
**The Qualifications We Seek**
- **1 to 3 years' experience as a Support Engineer**
(Tier 1 or 2 - Network/Security companies)
- Strong computer skills with emphasis on Networking, TCP/IP, Firewalls, and proxy servers
- **Familiarity with VPNs, IPSEC, security protocols, and standards**
- Strong troubleshooting abilities and passion for solving complex technical problems in live environments
- **Experience working with Cloud or SaaS technology providers**
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with a passion for customer support
- Ability to adapt and work efficiently in a rapidly changing environment while managing multiple tasks
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting
- Ability to work effectively with globally dispersed, cross-cultural teams
