Performance Marketing Lead – Career Trial

You’ll run the paid growth of international tech companies that lead their markets, with ad budgets from around $50K to a couple of million dollars a month. It’s real money, real decisions and real results, and they’re yours. Most people wait years for this kind of responsibility, and even then they get a small piece of it.

No politics, and no waiting for someone to leave before you can grow. How far you go depends on you.

**What’s on the table**

Base pay of €1,500 a month net, plus profit share. This year, partner bonuses will average around $100,000.

**How you get in**

You don’t need a marketing background. There’s no standard interview either. You spend five days with us on real projects, so both sides know before anyone commits.
