The Marketing Communication Senior Specialist is responsible for leading the end-to-end development and execution of communication strategies for Raiffeisen Bank Albania’s products and services (digital and/or non-digital), ensuring strong alignment with business objectives and customer needs.

 This role acts as a key interface between Product Owners, internal stakeholders, external agencies, and Head Office, translating product value propositions into clear, compelling, and consistent communication across all channels (online, offline, media, and events).

1. Develop and lead end-to-end marketing communication plans for assigned banking products and services within the respective team or department, external agencies and third parties, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer need.
2. Define and manage the annual marketing calendar for assigned products, including campaigns, product launches, and feature rollouts, in close coordination with internal stakeholders and media planning & budgeting role and approval from the Head of Department.
3. Creates agency briefing for campaigns, co-creates concepts for advertising and communication to drive the target audience interested in the banking products/service/features and fulfill business line goals.
4. It is responsible for coordinating and follow up of an action plan, for the marketing campaigns activation, be it media planning, budgeting in collaboration with media planning & budgeting role, delivery of online web banners, google display network ads, pr articles, in branch materials as per segment needs as internal clients.
5. Filters, evaluates, shares, generates feedback and acts on necessary changes to the communication campaign proposals for digital products and prepares campaign reports.
6. Keeps contacts with the advertising agencies regarding artwork and advertising materials, following brand manual.
7. Lead and execute all BTL activities and field promotions related to banking products, services, and feature presentations, within the respective team or department assigned
8. Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and communication standards across all materials, maintain consistency in messaging and visual identity, and coordinate the accurate and timely delivery of Head Office (RBI) marketing reports in line with Group requirements.
9. Assist and collaborate with other peers of the department for other Marketing and PR events for all products and service communication & launching.
10. Collaborate with the digital marketing team to develop engaging content for social media campaigns, including video concepts, scripts, and promotional creatives aligned with brand objectives.
11. Apply graphic design skills to support the creation, review, and enhancement of marketing materials, presentations, and campaign assets when needed.
12. Reports to the Head of PR and Marketing Communication Department, responsible for all activities delegated by the Head of Department.

The role ensures effective planning, implementation, monitoring, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns, with a strong focus on performance, customer engagement, and continuous improvement.

In addition, the position plays a critical role in strengthening brand positioning, ensuring consistency and differentiation, and reinforcing Raiffeisen’s brand values—particularly innovation—across all touchpoints to maintain and grow top-of-mind awareness.

Beyond product communication, the role contributes to broader Marketing & PR initiatives, including internal communication, events, activations, and strategic campaigns led by the department.
