**Role Description**
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Environmental Health Safety Specialist based in Tirana, Albania. The specialist will be responsible for implementing, managing, and monitoring health, safety, and environmental programs. Primary responsibilities include conducting workplace safety audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, delivering safety training sessions, and addressing occupational health concerns. The role also involves developing strategies to improve workplace safety and maintaining an up-to-date understanding of EHS policies and procedures.
**Qualifications**
- Strong expertise in Health & Safety and Occupational Health practices.
- In-depth knowledge of Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) and Workplace Safety regulations.
- Proficiency in conducting Safety Training programs.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health, Safety Management, or a related field.
- Certifications such as NEBOSH, OSHA, or equivalent are highly desirable.
- Proficiency in relevant EHS software tools and reporting systems is a plus.
