**Role Description**
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Head of Social Media, based in Tirana, Albania. The individual will lead the company’s social media team, check their strategy, develop and execute comprehensive media plans, and oversee content creation across platforms. Responsibilities also include managing online community engagement, analyzing social media performance metrics, coordinating public relations efforts, and ensuring alignment with overall brand and marketing goals.
