**Role Description**
This is a full-time, Hybrid role for a Media Buyer based in Tirana, Albania. The Media Buyer will be responsible for planning and executing media buying strategies, negotiating ad placements, and managing media campaigns with the goal of optimizing performance and delivering maximum ROI for clients. Responsibilities include analyzing market trends, budgeting, identifying the best channels for ad placements, maintaining vendor relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to align media strategies with overall marketing goals.
**Qualifications**
- Expertise in Media Buying and Media Planning, including experience with ad placements and purchasing strategies
- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret market data, assess campaign performance, and optimize strategies
- Proficiency in creating and executing Media Strategies for diverse platforms to meet client objectives
- Excellent Communication skills to negotiate with media outlets and collaborate with teams effectively
- Understanding of digital and traditional advertising ecosystems
- Ability to manage budgets and deadlines efficiently
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
