We are looking for a
**Finance & Administration Coordinator**
to streamline our financial operations and provide high-level executive support for our holding company and subsidiaries.

**The Role**

This is a dual-impact role combining hands-on bookkeeping with strategic administrative coordination. You will ensure our financial records are powerhouse-accurate while keeping our international operations running like clockwork.

**Key Focus Areas**

- Finance: Manage bookkeeping, general ledgers, invoices, and expense tracking.
- Reporting: Consolidate subsidiary data and assist with financial statements/tax prep.
- Coordination: Manage executive calendars, international travel, and partner relations.

**What You Bring**

- Experience: Solid background in accounting or financial operations.
- Education: Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business.
- Tech Skills: Proficiency in Excel and QuickBooks/Sage.
- Language: Professional fluency in English is a must.
- Mindset: Highly organized, discreet, and able to juggle multiple priorities independently.
