**About the Role**
As a Graphic Designer, you’ll be the creative engine driving our brand’s visual communication across all marketing and corporate channels. You’ll move fast to produce compelling social media graphics, impactful presentation decks, advertising assets, and polished marketing collateral. Your designs will ensure our cybersecurity solutions are communicated clearly and professionally, helping Arpya stand out in a competitive global market.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Brand Asset Creation:**
Design high-quality graphics, illustrations, and marketing materials for digital campaigns, events, and corporate communications.
- **Social Media & Content:**
Produce dynamic, engaging visual content tailored for various social channels (especially LinkedIn) to drive brand awareness and audience engagement.
- **Marketing Collateral:**
Create and format polished layouts for whitepapers, brochures, sales presentations, email campaigns, and website banners.
- **Brand Guardianship:**
Ensure visual consistency and strictly adhere to brand guidelines across all internal and external touchpoints.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration:**
Work closely with the marketing, sales, and leadership teams to deliver compelling visuals that support business objectives and campaign strategies.
**Must-Haves**
- **English Proficiency:**
B2 or higher.
- **Graphic Design Experience:**
2+ years of experience in graphic design, marketing design, or a similar role.
- **Creative Toolkit:**
Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). Familiarity with Figma or similar collaborative design tools is a strong plus.
- **Strong Portfolio:**
A well-curated portfolio showcasing a solid grasp of typography, color theory, layout principles, and corporate/B2B branding.
- **Agile Mindset:**
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, iterate quickly based on feedback, and deliver polished assets on deadline.
- *(Italian is a plus.)*
