Role Overview:
We are looking for a Junior SDR to join Bulls Vision Group. This role is designed for individuals at the beginning of their career who want to enter the affiliate marketing, sales, and business development space.
The position focuses on publisher acquisition and outreach, helping grow the network by identifying and onboarding new partners.
Key Responsibilities:
\* Research and identify potential publishers (blogs, coupon sites, influencers, cashback platforms).
\* Find and verify contact details using tools and internal systems.
\* Manage and update publisher data in CRM systems (e.g., Pipedrive / internal tools).
\* Send outreach emails using structured templates.
\* Follow up with leads and track communication progress.
\* Support onboarding process for new publishers.
\* Work closely with Account Managers and Business Development teams.
\* Execute daily structured tasks with clear KPIs.
Requirements:
\* Good knowledge of English.
\* Basic to medium computer skills (Excel, research tools, email platforms).
\* High attention to detail.
\* Organized and process-oriented.
\* Strong work ethic and reliability.
\* Willingness to learn and grow in affiliate marketing.
\*No Experience Needed – Full Training Provided\*
\* How affiliate marketing and subnetworks work.
\* How to identify high-quality publishers.
\* How to use CRM and outreach tools.
\* How to write effective outreach emails.
\* How to support publisher onboarding and growth.
\* Exposure to global affiliate networks (Awin, Webgains, Tradedoubler, etc.)
