**Role Description**
This is a full-time, on-site Sushi Chef position located in Tirana. The Sushi Chef will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality sushi dishes according to traditional and modern recipes. Daily responsibilities include food preparation, maintaining high standards of hygiene, handling and preparing seafood with precision, and executing culinary techniques to deliver exceptional dining experiences. Additionally, the Sushi Chef will manage kitchen operations to ensure food quality and efficiency.
**Qualifications**
- Proven expertise in Food Preparation, Cooking, and Culinary Skills, with a focus on sushi and Japanese cuisine.
- Knowledge and implementation of Hygiene and food safety standards.
- Experience in handling and preparing fresh Seafood with precision and care.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment as part of a team.
- Prior experience as a Sushi Chef or in a similar role is preferred.
- Culinary training or certifications are advantageous but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and organizational skills to maintain smooth kitchen operations.
