**Role Description**
This is a full-time hybrid Real Estate Agent role based in Tirana, Albania, with flexibility for some remote work. The responsibilities include assisting clients with buying, selling, and renting properties, providing expert real estate advice, and performing market research to stay informed of property trends. The Real Estate Agent will actively engage in sales activities, showcase properties to potential buyers or tenants, and ensure customer satisfaction with every transaction. Building and nurturing client relationships will also be a key aspect of this role.
**Qualifications**
- Strong Customer Service skills to deliver exceptional support and build long-lasting relationships.
- Proficiency in Sales and negotiation techniques.
- Good understanding of local real estate market dynamics in Albania.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
- Experience in the real estate industry is an advantage but not mandatory.
