**What You’ll Be Responsible For**
- Editing high-performing short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) aligned with brand strategy
- Writing
**on-screen text**
that hooks attention and drives retention
- Crafting
**captions & descriptions**
optimized for each platform
- Scheduling and publishing content based on structured content calendars
- Collaborating closely with the marketing team to ensure
**visual + message consistency**
- Iterating based on performance data (you don’t just edit - you improve outcomes)

- You understand
**what makes content go viral**
(not just how to cut clips)
- You think in terms of
**hooks, retention, pacing, storytelling**
- You’ve worked on
**Reels/TikTok content that performed well**

- You take ownership - not waiting to be told what to fix
