Overview:


We are seeking an energetic Senior Sales representative to drive the growth of our services business in assigned European and Worldwide markets. The successful candidate will play a key role in building strong client relationships abroad, and achieving sustainable, profitable revenue growth.



Key Responsibilities:




- Identify and generate new business opportunities, managing Pre-Sales, Sales, and Post-Sales activities.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.

- Analyze needs of international system integrators or final clients and match them with the appropriate solutions and services.

- Collaborate with our Solutions Architects and Services teams to design tailored proposals.

- Lead the negotiation process, working closely with our Management Team to finalize agreements.

- Prepare and deliver financial offers and technical presentations to prospects and clients.

- Develop and implement sales strategies and actions to expand our market share.

- Initiate marketing campaigns based on customer insights and market trends.

- Actively use social media and digital tools to generate leads and promote services.

- Propose, agree and meet/exceed sales targets.




Requirements:




- Proven track record of at least 3 years in a similar B2B sales role.

- University degree in Marketing, Technology, Business or a related field.

- Excellent communication in English, both spoken and written. Fluency in other EEC languages would be appreciated.

- Ability to quickly build with clients and understand their business needs.

- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

- Experience in preparing professional reports and proposals.
