Architect & Masterplanner

ENORA Atelier is an architecture and urban design practice based in Tirana, Albania. Our projects span a range of scales and typologies, from individual buildings to urban developments and comprehensive masterplans.

We’re seeking an Architect and a Masterplanner with 3–7 years of relevant professional experience to join our studio.

The Architect will contribute to concept development, detailed design, drawings and technical documentation.

The Masterplanner will develop masterplanning and urban design proposals, exploring the relationships between buildings, landscape, public space and movement.

Both roles require clear design communication, initiative and the ability to collaborate with colleagues and consultants.

**QUALIFICATIONS**

**For both roles:**

• A degree in Architecture, Urban Design or a related field.

• Strong written and spoken English is essential.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.

• Ability to organize tasks, coordinate project inputs and meet deadlines.

• Attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills and an interest in sustainable, context-sensitive design.

• Availability to work full-time from our Tirana office.

**Architect:**

• Experience in concept development and detailed architectural design.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.

• Rhino skills are an advantage.

**Masterplanner:**

• Experience in masterplanning and urban design.

• Proficiency in Rhino is preferred.

Knowledge of visualization software is welcome but optional. Professional licensure or progress toward it, and experience integrating digital tools into design workflows, are additional advantages.
