**Role Description**
We are seeking a Senior Design Manager to oversee and lead the design and construction phases of high-value projects. This full-time, on-site role based in Vlorë involves coordinating with internal teams, managing design processes, and ensuring alignment with project timelines, budgets, and high-quality standards. The Senior Design Manager will also work closely with clients, consultants, and contractors to deliver innovative and effective solutions while adhering to regulations and safety standards.
**Qualifications**
- Expertise in design management, project delivery, and stakeholder coordination
- Proficiency in architectural, engineering, or related design software and tools
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Experience in managing teams and fostering collaboration across diverse disciplines
- Knowledge of construction standards, safety regulations, and industry best practices
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field
- At least 8 years of experience in design management, preferably in large-scale projects
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for client and stakeholder engagement
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
